The internal digital training eCampus4Learn Academy was created with the aim of promoting the establishment, consolidation and update of the institution’s professional identities with the help of the most up-to-date training methodologies and techniques, encouraging individual growth at all levels of competence. As its main goal, the Academy aims to encourage the development and smooth operation of the institution, constantly raising the quality level of the services provided to the student by all its staff.

The training activities are delivered through the use of traditional training methods (frontal lessons) or through the use of web conferencing softwares (total or blended) or through the e-learning platform (VLE).

The conclusion of each training cycle, for all internal professional categories, is certified by the issuance of a dematerialized badge, which certifies the successful completion of the course, the date of achievement and the level reached by the candidate.
